"Our driver Amund Stevhold was amazing! We were delayed with a late flight and then issues with the baggage collection and he called to reassure us he was waiting for us. He was polite, courteous and extremely professional at all times. He took us to a lookout to show us the city before taking us to the hotel which was greatly appreciated and a lovely unexpected surprise. I would recommend Amund to anyone. All prices listed on Jayride.com are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges and any other standard fees typically included for a standard point-to-point transfer. You don’t pay any extra for these. Any additional requirements such as child seats or extra luggage may incur an additional cost. Your transfer company will confirm this with you when you make your booking. Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%. In other countries such as the UK or Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip of 10-15% for great service is always welcome.
