Our driver phoned me twice. I honestly thought we would end up taking a taxi and having to forfeit what we paid. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%. In other countries such as the UK or Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip of 10-15% for great service is always welcome.
