"Our driver was on time, helpful, and courteous. Our ride felt safe and comfortable. One issue: Our driver called us to let us know his description and location. As we were walking toward him and talking to him by phone, another party (an assertive lady, apparently on her phone attempting to get a taxi for four people), waved him down and instructed him to load their luggage). Our driver had almost completed the luggage loading of the wrong party as we reached him. Fortunately, we reached him on time and identified ourselves as his reservation. As soon as he discovered his mistake, he promptly unloaded the luggage and loaded ours instead. No harm done. However, it may be helpful for you to instruct your drivers to check the reservation form verify the identity of their parties before loading luggage or allowing them into the vehicle."
