"I booked a round trip from the Mexico City airport to an Airbnb and back to the airport. The only "glitch" that happened was a slight delay when being picked up at the airport due to the fact that the airport told the driver we were at terminal 1 instead of terminal 2, which only resulted in a 15-20 min delay in picking us up, but it was not the fault of the driver. On both trips the drivers contacted me at least 24 hours in advance to verify the pick-up time, destination and type of vehicle they would be driving and if there were any special requirements needed. The the drivers were courteous and friendly, the vehicles were clean and comfortable and a very enjoyable ride. The next time I visit Mexico City I will be using this service again."
