"Our experience with this company was extraordinary. He was courteous, on time and helpful above what you would expect from a driver. We had six bags and a double ski bag, which he loaded and unloaded and then helped carry our bags/skis up two flights of stairs to the hotel check in desk. That, in my opinion, is exceptional service."

"All was so perfectly timed. Driver was located in the correct area with a good sign, so very easy for me. Hr drives a great van, comfortable and with luxury. He offered complimentary bottled water and assisted me with my luggage. The driver was an excellent driver and he navigated around Milan traffic so effectively. I highly recommend this service. Quite exceptional!"

Your transfer company will confirm this with you when you make your booking. Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%. In other countries such as the UK or Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip of 10-15% for great service is always welcome.
